Ever since I was young baking has been my obsession! I love the precision and detail of baking along with the creativity and expression that is shown through a completed dessert.

I’m originally from Lancaster, PA and lived here until I went to college in 2013. After graduating in 2017 I moved to New York City and worked in marketing for 3 years. I then decided to quit my job and follow my passion for baking by enrolling in the The International Culinary Center in New York City, where I graduated with a degree in Pastry Arts in 2020!

During Covid, I spent a few months back in Lancaster. During that time, I started to bake the bagels I learned how to make in pastry school for family and friends in Lancaster. They were a big hit in the community so I continued to make them every time I came home to visit.

Now that I recently moved back to Lancaster and I am excited to bring my NYC style bagels and other treats back to Lancaster permanently!
